Add your steps in order
Pick the events that make up the journey - each step is an event (a pageview, a custom event, or a goal). Order them the way a visitor moves through them.
Read the drop-off
Each bar shows how many visitors reached that step and the percentage of the previous one. The steepest gap is your biggest opportunity.
Segment to find the cause
Apply filters - by country, device, or referrer - to see whether the drop hits everyone or just one segment. Mobile checkout failing? The funnel will show it.
